Crystal Lantern | Cordless LED Touch Table & Desk Lamp | Small, Modern
I love this product. I plan to purchase more of them. I gives my home a warm and classy look.
The glass was cracked on both of the lamps. Then the one small single crack spread, on both of the lamps. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company as the customer service is nonexistent even when you contact them within first 30days. Hadn’t the lamps had these stupid cracks on both of them, that spread, then I would have be thrilled with this purchase. All this to say, think twice before buying from this company because they wouldn’t allow for an exchange nor would they allow a return. The company bot only offered me a 10% of my next purchase. This company should be reported to the customer protection agency as they claimed they couldn’t do an exchange nor return bc they don’t have a current warehouse or location to ship back the products back to🫠
Crystal Lantern | Cordless LED Touch Table & Desk Lamp | Small, Modern
This lamp has you Klarako engraved into it which is tacky and unsightly. None of the pictures on your website show the lamp with your brand name etched into it. It’s misleading!

Love these. I got them in black. They worked immediately. The varying lights are great.
Klarako Crystal Lantern | Buy 1 Get 1 Free | Cordless LED Touch Table & Desk Lamp
First of all: the wood is fake. Appears to be stamped onto aluminum which was not obvious from the product listing. Secondly: the light accepts onlt G9 LED bulbs. The brightest option I can find anywhere is 1200 lumens. Its simply not bright enough to light a bedroom or office.
Great side table lamp with three different levels of lighting and very sturdy with a solid base.

Product arrived with no issues and no damage
bought 4 of these lamps for ourselves and family. The port for the USB-C charger broke after 7 months. I asked for a replacement lamp, and was told to send them a video, which I did. I then engaged in a 6-email back/forth with Klarako customer service reps telling me "we'll get back to you". Must have been AI because they all said the same thing. A great product, for 7 months - then it broke and no accountability from the company. Would not buy another product ever from them
Beautiful lights, expertly crafted of high quality materials. I will visit this website more often to see new, artfully designed products. Well done, Klarako!
Lovely lights, beautifully crafted of hogg quality materials. I will visut this website regularly to see new products.
This lamp is not very bright. Even with two, not enough to light a reasonably-sized family room. Be wary of the return process, too - I’ve had to contact them five times just to get information about how to return the item. Read the fine print!
Wish I could review this product but sadly almost 10 days after ordering, no word on shipping or anything else. I have written to customer service to get the status with no reply. As I write this numerous people seem to be buying package protection. Good luck. It was very hard to avoid this purchase at checkout.
Smaller than I thought, but beautiful.
This lamp is well made and very attractive. But, IMO the design is flawed. The light it produces is very harsh. I was hoping for a nice soft glow but what I get is more like glare. Not worth 20% plus shipping and packing to return.
I was hesitant to buy these because i wasnt sure of the quality. But they are really nice, they look great, and they feel very solid. Ive only had them for a weeknor two, but they feel liek they'll hold up.
We bought three of these lamps. We used them occasionally. All three failed within a few months. Pity, because the lamp is beautiful.
Nice
I purchased this lamp and, unfortunately, it stopped working in less than five months. For costing $100+ I expected far better quality and longevity. When I reached out to customer service, they were unwilling to offer a replacement or any meaningful solution stating that it was past their exchange window. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the support. I cannot recommend this lamp or this company.
Beautiful but they stop taking a charge pretty soon and you will be left with a paperweight and customer service who just says it is past the 90 day warranty so stuff it. I was just asking about advice and troubleshooting and not asking for a refund. Still I got two replies that were just sorry you are out of luck. This is a terrible company.
Cute and handy
I received 2 today in black. They look just ok. If someone is giving it 5 stars it's out of ignorance or a fake or paid review. Immediately you will notice that they put their logo on it which makes it look tacky and cheap. Put your logo on the underside if you must. Second the frame is supposedly metal but it feels cheap and plasticy.
Love these, they look great, well-made. If I had any complaint, they are just small.
Looks nice but a bit pricey for what it is, in my opinion. It doesn't light up the room but adds a mood lighting to it, which is nice. I'm not a fan of tapping the side three times to turn it off.
I could not give the light as a gift in its original box as the box was so damaged. I hope the light continues to work.
Love the lights! Customer service was beyond expectations!
Poor quality for the money. Remote control didnot work, even though I put in new battery. It does produce the Water effect on the ceiling. Delivered in a thin plastic envelope, no protection from a box. If I had seen it on a shelf, I would have paid $20, not $80.
LOVE! Super cute and fun lamp to add to my dresser.
adorable and great quality!
Beautiful and easy to use
Only worked 1 summer. And 1 of the 2 I bought was always dim.
It works. Packaged poorly, box arrived smashed in a paper mailer. Lamp feels like plastic and is poorly weighted so it tips easily. Head does not swivel, so it can only work in one direction when plugged in to the white charge cable. Far overpriced.
The amber lighting creates such a cozy yummy vibe! Beautiful light, super chic!
I LOVE it! Much less expensive than the Flos In Vitro Unplugged which looks identical and costs 4x as much. I am very happy with this light and people comment on it frequently. I move it around but right now I have 2 placed near my front door and it adds a nice presence for people entering my home.
It is a very nice light. I was reluctant to purchase at first because it is an expensive light but it is very elegant and has that modern industrial aesthetic that is pleasing in many areas throughout my home.
Right when I received the lamp I could feel the quality because it has a weightiness to it. The glass looks incredible and it is actually slightly taller than I imagined. I am super excited to use it this summer by our pool area and outdoor dining table at our summer home in Montecito.
Mood lighting at its finest.
