180-Day Return Policy

We have a 180-day iron-clad return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving the item to request a return if you are not satisfied.

To request a return, please contact us at support@klarako.com whereby we will send you the return address.

After the item is returned, we will go ahead and process your refund.

Cancellation and modification of orders

You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order that you wish to cancel your order or change the size/color of your item. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.

After proof is given of the faulty product in the form of a video, we will gladly refund you for the entirety of the order. No return is needed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: If a customer inputs an incorrect address, we are not liable for the customer not receiving the item. If the customer can notify us within 24 hours of ordering, we will be able to change their address prior to shipping their product. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for remaindered items or gift certificates.
